The 100% uptime GUARENTEE : Your network will be up 100% of the time & in the rare event (which has never happened in the last three years of our existance) that your network has a downtime, Dhoondho / ClusteredGRID will refund you upto 50% of the monthly amount for that month (calculated per day for the whole month). Transaction fees levied by any external Payment gateway shall not be included in the refund.

3. Individual Hosting: This would be for individuals (non-commercial use) which are available at discount rates. We have 2 levels of packages in this. One is in which we provide the infrastructure but no technical support (self-managed) or second in which we provide both infrastructure & technical support (fully-managed).
